Partial partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15 x 4.25, May 29, 1866. Concluding section of a presidential document, crisply signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Johnson, and countersigned by Secretary of State William Seward. The embossed white paper seal affixed to the left side remains intact. Nicely matted and framed with a portrait to an overall size of 24 x 10. In fine condition, with some light spotty toning. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
