Partly-printed DS in Italian, signed “Mussolini" and "Vittorio Emanuele,” one page, 9.5 x 14.5, December 5, 1926. An official document, in part (translated): "On the proposal of the head of the Government Prime Minister, Secretary of State and Minister of State for War, we gave decreed and are decreeing that Artillery lieutenant colonel in active permanent service, Luis Gandini, has ceased, from 17 September 1926, from the position of substitute judge at the military tribunal of Zorino. The aforementioned Minister is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be registered with the Court of Auditors." Boldly signed at the conclusion in ink by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III. In fine condition.
