Uncommon ALS on an off-white 5.5 x 3.5 personal correspondence postcard, postmarked September 30, 1950. Handwritten letter to "Mr. Addleman," in part: "It is nice to learn there are so-many nice people listening. I appreciate the reactions deeply. My throat is still bad principally because I cannot rest it. No, I only do that 6.15 sports review." Also addressed on the reverse in Hoyt's own hand. In fine condition.
