In full (translated): "Thank you for your letter. I think about how the Jews live in Israel. I hope peace will come. My gratitude extends to you for your desire to write a book in Yiddish about me, in Israel.
Recently published in Germany by M. DuMout Schauberg—in Köln Another Monograph, by Prof. Haftman Director of the Museum in Berlin. The first lecture was similar to the one given by Dr. Franz Schleier (Theater Director), and was translated into French and English.
Another monograph is to be published soon in Warsaw by Meght and soon in Paris with text by A. Preyze de Manayargues in their comments on the Maeght Gallery and the Library, as published by Franz Meyer and Prof. Haftman, marking exact dates about my life and my history. The truth is, these writers are not Jews—I believe that these books are already in Israel, or will appear soon in Israel, in the near future.
Recently, many pictures of me have been distributed, but they are fake and there is a danger if those and alike will appear in a book about me.
Unfortunately I can not dedicate myself to this due to the many problems involved, as I am very busy with my own problems.
