Willis to be “Notary Public for the District of Columbia.” Signed neatly at the conclusion by Warren G. Harding and countersigned by Attorney General Harry M. Daugherty. The orange Department of Justice label remains affixed to the lower left. Rolled and in very good to fine condition, with areas of discoloration to the upper and lower left corners.
