Self-titled debut studio album (Coral Records CRL 57210) signed on the front cover in blue ballpoint, "Buddy Holly." In very good to fine condition, with old adhesive residue in the upper right corner, and old tape along the otherwise completely separated edges. The record is included. Accompanied by two original vintage deckle-edge snapshots of Buddy Holly on stage, taken at the Minneapolis Auditorium on April 25, 1958.
Highlighted by Buddy Holly's four hit singles released on the Coral label—"Words of Love", "Peggy Sue", "I'm Gonna Love You Too", and "Rave On!"—his self-titled solo debut was released on February 20, 1958. Exceedingly rare in this format, this is just the second Buddy Holly signed album that we have offered.
