Scarce partly-printed DS in Spanish, one page, 8.5 x 11.75, February 26, 1825. As president of Peru, Bolivar appoints D. Manuel Venagos as a clerk with an annual salary of 300 pesos. Signed prominently at the conclusion by Bolivar. Impressively double-matted and framed with a large color portrait to an overall size of 30 x 21. In fine condition, with some light soiling. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
