Three commemorative covers signed by an astronaut from the Apollo 14 mission: a ‘moon landing’ cover with a stamped cachet, postmarked at Cape Canaveral on February 5, 1971, signed in black ink by Alan Shepard; a ‘moon landing’ cover with an affixed cachet and matching postmark, signed in black ballpoint by Edgar Mitchell; and a ‘splashdown’ cover with an Atlantic Recovery Force cachet, postmarked on the US Hawkns on February 9, 1971, signed in black ink by Stuart A. Roosa, who adds “Apollo 14 CMP.” Includes an Apollo 14 Pacific Recovery Force ‘splashdown’ cover signed in black felt tip, “Gordon Fullerton, Apollo 14 Support Crew.” In overall fine condition.
