In full: "Enclosed please find $5.00, amount of my annual assessment, Military Order Loyal Legion, United States as per notice received this day from Richd. Robbins, recorder, Enclosed herewith." In very good to fine condition, with light show through from some old mounting residue on the back, a small stain, and three repaired punch holes along the right edge.
