Vintage matte-finish 3.75 x 6.25 photo of Admiral Sims in uniform, affixed to a 5.75 x 9.75 mount, signed and inscribed on the mount in ink, "To Miss Helen A. Smith, in grateful recognition of her faithful and efficient services, Wm. S. Sims, Admiral, U.S. Navy, London, Dec. 1918.” Framed and in fine condition.
