ALS signed “A.E.,” penned on both sides of a 4.5 x 3.5 Sunningdale Park stationery card, no date but postmarked November 3, 1885. Handwritten letter to "Mrs. A. Spencer," in part: "I am glad to hear that you are at last settled…It will be a great pleasure to see you again—& I hope to be able to call upon you one day next week." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, addressed in Edward's hand.
