World War II-dated fountain pen signature, "Roddy McDowall (Roderick Andrew)," on an off-white 8.5 x 2.75 sheet clipped from the document listing McDowall’s personal information, dated December 17, 1942. In fine condition. Despite being only 14 years old when he signed this form, McDowall had already appeared in 15 films, including the 1941 John Ford drama How Green Was My Valley.
