Description

DS, one page both sides, 6 x 8.75, July 27, 1964. A designation and application for membership form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) agency, which is signed below in blue ballpoint by Harry Nilsson, who also adds his address, social security number, telephone number, his professional name of “Johnny Niles,” and states his commitment to “Mercury Records.” On the reverse Nilsson affirms that he is an active “Singer.” In fine condition. Johnny Niles was a pseudonym for Harry Nilsson, who released the single, 'Donna (I Understand) / Wig Job,' under the Johnny Niles billing for Mercury in 1963.
