English writer (born 1946) best known for the fantasy trilogy His Dark Materials. ALS signed “Nick Pullman,” one page, 5 x 8, no date. Handwritten letter regarding his work, in part: "My present ventures are more into the field of drama, radio & TV, so there may not be more books from me for a while. I have a novel or 2 in my head but ideas do not queue politely, they push, shove, & barge their way to the front—survival of the fittest, in fact. The most urgent wins. At the moment a radio play called The Tiger in the Well about 19th century Hungary. I might be lick & manage to sell it, you never know." In fine condition.
