Partly-printed DS, one page, 10.75 x 7, April 20, 1888. Stock certificate issued to Jacqueline & De Coppet for ten shares in the Oregon and Transcontinental Company, signed at the conclusion in ink by Sidney Dillon as president. The original receipt remains affixed to the left side. In fine condition, with cancellation holes affecting the signature.
