A State Athletic Commission of California eye examination report, which is filled out in a physician’s hand and lists the results of an exam held for boxer Ken Norton. The exam notes his age (“32”) and his address and lists both right and left eyes as being “20/20,” with the physician remarks stating “No evidence of any eye disease.” Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Norton. In fine condition.
