Commemorative patch souvenir created by "Bill & Vi Sigmund on the anniversary of their 20th year in business in Jackson, Michigan," 7 x 5, featuring an embroidered Apollo 15 mission patch affixed inside, signed in brown felt tip, "Al Worden." Printed on the front is a space suit helmet marked "Jackson," and inside is a cartoon showing Worden performing his historic translunar EVA. In fine condition. Worden was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan, graduating from Jackson High School in 1950.
From the collection of Apollo 15 CMP Al Worden, and accompanied by a letter of provenance from his daughter Alison (Worden) Penczak.
