Superb vintage matte-finish 7.5 x 9.5 photo of an artist's portrait of Edison, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen with his iconic 'umbrella' signature, "To Joseph Robinson, Thos. A. Edison." Handsomely cloth-matted and framed to an overall size of 15.25 x 17.5. In fine to very fine condition. Edison's distinctly penned inscription and signature remain unusually bold.
