Manuscript vellum DS, in French, signed "Louis," one page, 16 x 7, 1613. Untranslated document neatly signed at the conclusion by King Louis XIII. In very good to fine condition, with soiling, creasing, and a stain to the bottom blank area. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
