DS, two pages, 8.5 x 11, April 13, 1938. An amendment to a contract between Twentieth Century-Fox Film and Ethel Merman, with both sides agreeing to "an additional and third motion picture during the original term" of Merman's employment with the company for the sum of $32,500. Signed neatly at the conclusion in fountain pen by Merman, and countersigned by William Goetz as the vice president of 20th Century Fox. In fine condition, with staple-related loss to the upper left corner tip.
