Document by which Woolworth appoints "Henry H. Abbott, James McV. Breed and Frank I. Worrall, or either of them, attorney and agent?to voted as proxy or attorney for the undersigned at the annual meeting of the stockholders of Broadway Trust Company." In fine condition.
