Glossy 7 x 9 photo of Justice Clark being awarded with a Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity certificate, matted to an overall size of 10 x 13, signed and inscribed on the mat in black ink, "To Dan Halpin with admiration and fraternal regards—from his brother in P.A.D., Tom C. Clark.” In fine condition, with some small creases to the photo.
