In very good to fine condition, with light creasing. The record is included. Accompanied by a publicity photo with facsimile autographs, and a group of eight color 5 x 3.5 photos of the band taken at the time of signing: an in-person meet-and-greet held at the Sound Warehouse on May 8, 1989.
