Partly-printed DS, one page, 14 x 17, April 1, 1891. A first mortgage bond of the Amity Canal, Reservoir and Improvement Company for $500, signed on the reverse by Charles H. Dow as a trustee. The document retains 16 of its 20 coupons in the lower margin. In fine condition.
