LS in Spanish, signed “Yo el Rey [I the King],” one page, 8 x 12, August 28, 1660. Untranslated official letter signed at the conclusion by Philip IV, with official paper seal affixed to lower right. Endorsed on subsequent pages by other officials. In fine condition.
