He is reputed to have been involved in fixing the 1919 World Series, and mentored future crime bosses like Luck Luciano, Meyer Lansky, and Frank Costello. DS, seven pages, 8.75 x 11, October 8, 1921. Employment agreement between A. L. Libman, Inc. and A. L. Libman, signed at the conclusion by Rothstein as the company's president and countersigned by Libman, who co-founded the property insurance firm with Rothstein. Housed in its original paper folder.
