Signed above in fountain pen by Queen Elizabeth II, and signed below in ink by Douglas-Home. In fine condition. A scarce dual-signed document that features two of Britain's most influential leaders—anything signed by Douglas-Home during his brief tenure as Prime Minister is quite scarce.
