Description

DS, two pages, 8.5 x 13, April 28, 1941. Assignment of Canadian copyright document by which Harburg and Lane assign the rights to 'Anything Can Happen in New York' to music publisher Leo Feist, Inc. In the body of the document, Harburg writes his address, "E. Y. Har, 5064 Alta Dr. B. H. Calif," and Lane follows suit writing, "461 Western Ave, Los Angeles, Calif." Both sign in fountain pen at the conclusion of the first page, and Lane signs again on the second. In fine condition, with light creasing to the bottom.
