DS, one page, 11 x 8.5, January 29, 1973. Interesting official NASA "Clothing Options" form for McCandless, designating options, sizing, specifications, and quantities desired for trousers, underwear, shirts, boots, and gloves. Most notable is the entry for the "Apollo CWG" (Constant Wear Garment). McCandless signs his approval in the upper left corner, and initials a sizing change on the right side. In fine condition, with an affixed Skylab postage stamp and associated first-day cancelation.
