Gorgeous vintage glossy 8 x 10 close-up photo of Garland by MGM photographer Virgil Apger, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint to lighting designer David Bines, "To Dave—with much love, Judy, 'Palace.'” Reverse bears a Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer stamp and typed caption. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing, and poor signature contrast. Bines was the lighting designer for Garland's famous series of shows at the Palace Theatre in NYC, which ran from September 26, 1956 to January 8, 1957.
