Impressive 6.75 x 10.75 full-length photo of Mary of Teck in her jewels as Duchess of York, signed in ink, "Victoria Mary, Singapore, 1901." Affixed to a same-size mount. In very good to fine condition, with light silvering to the darker areas of the image, and slight chipping along the edges. In 1901, Mary of Teck went with her husband George on a world tour of the British Empire, visiting Gibraltar, Malta, Port Said, Aden, Ceylon, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Mauritius, South Africa, Canada, and the Colony of Newfoundland.
