ALS, one page, 7.25 x 9.75, personal letterhead, January 13, 1994. Handwritten letter to Jim Beshires, in full: "Because of security problems of the past, I can not respond to any mail that comes addressed to my house. However, your request came to my attention and I wanted to help somehow. I hope these photos aren't too late, and are of some help." In fine condition. This letter dates to just six months before the release of the blockbuster film Forrest Gump, for which Hanks won his second straight Best Actor Oscar.
