Document by which "Samuel Bailey of Lebanon in the County of Windham & Colony of Connecticut in New England, For the Consideration of fifty pounds Lawfull money, Received to full Satisfaction, of Jonathan Trumble of Lebanon, Do Give, Grant, Bargain, Sell and Confirm unto the said Jonathan Trumble…one certain Tract or Parcell of Land lying in sd Lebanon containing ten acres." Endorsed at the bottom by Williams: "Personally appeared Mr. Sam Bailey, & acknowledged the foregoing Instrument by Him executed to be his act & deed." In fine condition.
