Three pieces of ephemera associated with President John F. Kennedy's death and funeral: a rare official unissued White House invitation to "join the procession on foot leaving The White House at 11:30 o'clock for the Pontifical Requiem Mass at St. Matthew's Cathedral, Monday, November 25, 1963," with its original envelope; an official leaflet missal for "The Mass on the Day of Burial for John Fitzgerald Kennedy…at Saint Matthew's Cathedral, Washington, D.C."; and a black-bordered mourning card sent by Jacqueline Kennedy to well wishers, imprinted, "Mrs. Kennedy is deeply appreciative of your sympathy and grateful for your thoughtfulness," with its original mailing envelope (bearing a pre-printed free frank). In overall fine condition.
