Document of "Minutes of Regular Meeting of the Shareholders of Solar Productions, Inc.," outlining various resolutions adopted including an agreement by which McQueen will "play the leading male role in the motion picture now entitled 'Traveling Lady' for the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars." Signed at the conclusion in black felt tip by McQueen, and countersigned by the company's secretary. In fine condition. The film was released in 1965 under the title Baby the Rain Must Fall, based on Horton Foote's 1954 play The Traveling Lady.
