Apple Records UK pressing of the John Lennon and Yoko Ono single ‘Instant Karma / Who Has Seen the Wind,’ signed in black ballpoint on the sleeve, “Love from, John Lennon” and “Yoko Ono Lennon.” The consignor notes that the signatures were obtained by a nurse during Ono’s stay at the London Clinic, 20 Devonshire Place, London between March 5 and 9, 1970. In very good to fine condition, with corner creasing, some small stains, and repairs to short tears to the top edge. The record is included. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and by a letter of provenance from a nurse at the London Clinic, which reads: “I worked as an agency nurse for the Montague Nursing agency—and they sent me to work at The London Clinic. John Lennon & Yoko Ono Lennon were at the London Clinic and it was there that I was given the record as were other nurses. This was approx. between 1968-70, the records were given to us as a token of appreciation.”
