DS, signed “Jim Henson,” four pages, 8.5 x 11, September 10, 1970. Agreement between Muppets, Inc. and puppeteer Jerry Nelson, in part: "We hereby employ you as a puppeteer in connection with all of the new programs for the 1970-71 television season for the television series entitled 'Sesame Street.'" Signed at the conclusion in black felt tip by Jim Henson, and in blue ballpoint by Jerry Nelson. In fine condition. Nelson is best remembered for Count von Count, who he did the voice and puppetry for from 1972 until 2004.
