In very fine condition. Accompanied by a notarized letter of authenticity, a detailed letter of provenance from the original recipient, and a group of four candid color photos taken at the time of signing; the provenance letter reads in part: "When I heard that Elvis was coming to Seattle, I was told that I might have a chance to greet him at Boeing Field…Apr. 29, 1973…When the yellow Hughes Air West 727 finally arrived, Col. Parker took my hand, walked out to the plane with me and reintroduced me to Elvis…we had previously met Sept. 29, 1959 in Bad Nauheim, Germany…Elvis was quite talkative and spent some time with me. He even went to the extent of taking my hand and admiring my ring…I gave him a 5 x 7 photo in this folder as a gift. He took the photo, thanked me, asked my name and signed this folder to me and returned it."
