Sculptor (1885-1966) best known for the Prometheus fountain located in Rockefeller Center. ALS, three pages on two adjoining sheets, 4.5 x 7, March 28, 1916. In part: "You said that you were interested in the sundial upon which I was working last summer at Cornish and I am sending you some photographs of it in its completed form. I have just had a very successful show here and wonder if you were in New York at the time and saw it." In fine condition.
