Description

LS signed “Wm. McKinley, Jr.,” one page, 5 x 7, House of Representatives Committee of Ways and Means letterhead, May 23, 1888. Letter to A. A. Ballard, in full: "I take pleasure to send my autograph as requested in your favor of May 21st." In very good to fine condition, with toning from prior display. McKinley would serve as chairman of the Ways and Means Committee from 1889 to 1891.
