Program from the trip of President Truman from Washington to San Francisco on the Santa Fe Railway in June 1948, four pages, 5.75 x 9, signed inside in fountain pen by Harry S. Truman, Bess Truman, and Margaret Truman, as well as many aides and advisors including Clark Clifford, Charles S. Murphy, William M. Rigdon, and others. An unsigned candid photo of Truman is loosely laid into the program. In very good to fine condition, with staining to the outside covers.
