Signed book: Excerpts from Visions of Cody. Limited edition, numbered 500/750. NY: New Directions, 1959. Hardcover, 5.5 x 8.5, 128 pages. Signed on the colophon in ballpoint by Jack Kerouac. Includes the original publisher's slip. In fine condition. Originally written during 1951-1952, partly overlapping with what became On the Road, the complete manuscript was not edited and published in its entirety until 1972, three years after Kerouac's untimely death.
