Description

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.25 x 9.75, January 17, 1828. President Adams issues to Thomas Worth a tract of land “in the District of lands offer’d for sale at Cincinnati, Ohio, lying in Indiana, containing Eighty acres.” Signed at the conclusion by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Lower left bears the original paper seal, which is missing its lower portion. In very good condition, with overall wrinkling and uneven discoloration.
