Letter to Nathan van Patten, director of Stanford University Libraries, in full: "The book which you refer to was merely the setting into type of a catalogue of certain books which I had collected on the subjects mentioned. This collection is in your library for safe keeping at the present moment. There were only a few copies printed merely for personal use. The printing was done by Crowther & Goodman of London." In very good to fine condition, with creasing, primarily in the left margin.
