DS, two pages, 8.5 x 13, December 19, 1967. Agreement of settlement between Tickson Music, Co., and "the foregoing individuals hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as 'The Byrds.'" Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by all five members: "Harold E. Clark," "James J. McGuinn," "David Crosby," "Christopher Hillman," and "Michael Clarke." In fine condition, with faint blocks of toning from prior display. Accompanied by an original color 14 x 11 lobby card for "The Big TNT Show," which features an image of The Byrds on stage, and by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
