Document regarding a "Consent Meeting of Shareholders and Directors" of Solar Productions, Inc., which relates to recitals and resolutions made in connection with "a deficiency in personal holding company tax" for the years 1969, 1970, and 1971, and the resulting declaration of "200 shares of common stock outstanding of the corporation, to be paid at the rate of $1,688.77 per share to shareholders." Signed twice at the conclusion in green felt tip by McQueen. In fine condition.
