Your films help us re-examine our values and better understand the importance of cherishing our freedoms—no wonder they have won 85 Oscar nominations and 16 Oscars…so far. George Bush and I congratulate you on this deserved and fitting tribute to your brilliant career, and we wish you continued success in the years to come." Bush adds a handwritten postscript, "Such congratulations and thank you for hours of pleasure!" In fine condition, with a strip of tape along the top back edge.
