Free-franked airmail cover with a colorful printed "Liberty" cachet, postmarked at Washington on December 3, 1946, signed in the upper left corner in fountain pen, "L. R. Groves, Maj. Gen. USA, Wash. DC," and marked "Free" in the upper right. In fine condition.
