The content of the original letter concerns real estate developer Bernie Mendik's application to join Le Club, an exclusive Manhattan nightspot. In fine condition. An interesting piece of Trump history, as Le Club is discussed in his book The Art of the Deal, and it is known as the place where he met notorious lawyer Roy Cohn.
