Original sketch by Alfred Hitchcock of his unmistakable self-portrait profile, accomplished in fountain pen on an off-white 5 x 3 card, signed and inscribed, "To Joe, from, Alfred Hitchcock." Upper right corner bears a small affixed image of the director, and notation on the reverse dates the signature to December 19, 1961. In very fine condition. Originally obtained in person by a New York autograph collector who collected from the 1950s through the 2000s.
